Hi,

I'm hoping to put a new clutch on my 325 pretty soon and was wondering what parts I need to get (other than the new clutch itself!) so that I can do the job without having to rush out to get something (especially hard when the car is half in bits).

Any ideas?

Cheers,
James

I'd buy a Torx spanner to undo the top two gearbox mounting bolts. Probably need a long pole to help with this.

Other than that, a set of Torx sockets for the remaining bolts, something to hold the engine up while the gearbox is off, perhaps a new rubber donut for the back of the 'box (if the one on there's a bit old).

Should be able to get a clutch kit with the friction and pressure plates, plus a new release bearing and hopefully some lube for the input shaft splines :)
