Heated seats cabriolet

Hi,

I currently have cloth heated seats and was looking at purchasing replacement interior with second hand leather seats. Issue is they are not heated. Is it possible to swap the heating element etc over to leather seats? If so how hard is it?

Also what is the going rate for a leather interior in cab with door cards? No tears in seats etc but they are old and cracked.

I remember someone mentioning they they fitted waeco pads off eBay (£60) to the existing wiring loom yet to see the write up for this as I am waiting to do mine.
