Convertible help

Hi all just went to put my hood down today and there is no power at the switch I have checked the windscreen micro switch and it looks ok I have power to the hood ecu and if I press the relays the hood motors work any idea

The relay is not connecting probley I had a calibra 2l 8v and there was a fuel relay in a box with another and I just bodged it as I just put a rock on top and closed the lid and worked fine as I was only 17 I just wanted to get stuff done without spending money but afterwords I got a new one and worked perfectly
