Hi,
Can anyone tell me which is the connector on the rear light cluster that would show if the fog light bulb is getting power? I have no rear lights and also the tell tale is not working in the dash. Front fog lights and tell tale work fine. I wanted to see if the connector was getting power first of all. I have removed the bulb holder panel and can see with a multimeter that one connector is reading 12volts when lights are on and also figured out the rear indicator one as voltage jumps up and down when indicators are on showing the flashing.
Anyone have any ideas?
Cheers

Fog light wire at the rear is grey/purple, but if the tell tale doesn't work (assuming a good bulb) then I doubt if the problem is at the rear of the car.
Check fuse 15.
Pull out the foglight switch, unplug it, and use a piece of wire to link pins 2 (yellow/black) and 4 (grey/purple)of the socket. Turn the ignition and dipped headlamps on. Foglights work?
No? Pull out relay K4 or K8 (black ones) and link together pins 30 and 87b of its socket with a piece of wire. With this link and the link on the switch in place, the foglights should be lit.
Put the meter back on the shelf, and find a small 12 volt bulb of about 5W (indicator repeater bulb, holder and wire to do your testing with. A volt meter can give very misleading results.
