just read about throttle body skimming tacking 4mm off iner edge does this give exstra zing or not notisable

If it has been done right the way through on the tb and you match the manifold mouth to the tb then yes. If you just bolt it on then no as you will interupt the air flow into the manifold making the opposite happen.
