Has anyone tried to fit a steering wheel which has a 2wire horn to an e30. I have run new wires and the horn works. The problem I am having is that at full lock (or near) the wires get crushed in the small groove at the bottom of the splined pin.
Any advice?

It shouldn't spin when you turn the wheel just tape them down to something as it sounds like they just like drop with the gravity just drops the wires and gets cort on something
