Very low idle and then rough idle after 1 minutes from start

Hello, need some help and advice from member here.

my engine is m40 318i 1991

the problem is my car idle is very low 500 rpm.

first starter it run smooth 500 rpm and then after 1 minute become rough the engine like stall and want die.

I think it is run very rich petrol because it smell in the exhaust

I have change ecu, icv and still same, next I will change afm.

when I switch on the air con, the rpm won't rev high, but still same.

when I try to pull the throttle it has some delay before the rpm goes high but very hesitate.

I have check alsi tps it has click sound when off throttle and click also when I pull.

I have check there are no leak.

I have check all spark plugs cable and it good.

this occur after I rebuilt my engine and this is my first start from rebuilt, the car in the fix shop for 1 month waiting for the engine to rebuilt

I also un install the engine harness, and then install it again into the car.

what is wrong? does it is the mass wire is not properly attach? or air leak? or some short cable cause icv not work properly?

or the fuel pump is dirty/lazy?

Did you fix your other problem with the engine vibrations?
