Just serviced my e30 318 reasonally and theres a few things left to do to get it ready for MOT. I changed the engine coolant in the radiator.. Ran it today for a wile to make sure it wasnt overheating however I did notice the gauge going past the half way mark. Is there any reasons for this ? there doesnt seem to be a loss of coolant, when i turn the heaters on the temperature gauge goes down. I read before that sometimes the radiators can fill with air after changing the coolant. Procedures I followed was, took hose of left hand side.. Drained the fluid completed. Had the heaters turned to cold. Filled the coolant back up. approx 4.5 litres. Started car and turned the heaters to warm up full. I did open the bleed valve and air bubbles came out. Any solutions to the temperature gauge going up ?..

Another problem is my indicators. They are acting very weird. The front indicators where working, then one was working, i changed the bulb from the working and non working ones and swapped them around. Now none of them work. The speed on the indicating ticker now is going nuts, like really fast. Is there a fuse or something related to this. The bulbs both look fine. However there now not working. I did take the brake lining bulb out from the dash.. would this make an affect to them ?

3rd and final problem, as previously mentioned I had my queries on the clutch, there was no fluid in the rservior when I purchased the car. I did notice there was fluid leaking down the cylinder. However today after several pumps I noticed a squashing noise, looked down and notice that the fluid was leaking again. The part leaking is labelled number 1 in the following image :-
