Spark plugs in a turbo m20 b25 ?

I've been told to get bosch +24 spark plugs for my turbo e30 how do I know which one fit my car ? Is there a part number for them ?

Get NGk iridium grade 7s, if u can

They're pregapped. I've found ngk way better than densos on the high Power skylines and silvias we've tried them on
