Indicator problem.. Help or diagnosis please

My indicator has stopped working left and right. The stalk still goes up and down as normal and returns back to the middle position when i have gone round the bend or corner. But no flashing light on the dashboard or outside indicators and none of the usual ticking noise. Hazard lights are still wirkin as normal though. Could anyone tell me why this is or whats broke, and how much i could be looking to get it fixed? Cheers

There is a relay behind the steering wheel couling. Its most likely the fault.

Easy or difficult fix? If it is that would it need a new a part? Is it expensive to fix?

Very unlikely to be the 'relay', since it's used for both the hazards and the indicators.
What age and model is the car - details like this tend to be helpful?

Check fuse 4 (swap it with another 15A fuse) and if it is blown, check that the glovebox light/switch is fitted correctly and has a bulb in it.
