Hi guys,
I am looking to get replace the hoses from my ps reservoir to the rack and pump.
I have played with ps pipes so just wondering if you have any tips for doing the job? Or anything I should know?

Thanks

Unusual hoses to want to replace. The only thing that normally goes wrong with them is that they leak at the crimped hose clips under the reservoir, although I have seen one partly severed by a crash.
At the pump and rack ends you will need new crush washers, and at the reservoir, the crimped clips will need cutting off and replacing by good quality worm drive hose clips.
You will then need to refill the system, and bleed it by turning the steering from lock to lock a couple of times with the engine running.

Thanks for the help, I have a leak from the ends of my pipes and there is fluid all over the place so I have just sourced some used pipes/reservoir to replace it all.

Any idea on crush washer size?

Thanks
Dean

don't want to make a new thread so was just wondering if there is anymore info before i replace them this weekend? It seems simple but don't want to mess anything up!

Sealing washer sizes are 14mm and 16mm, most E30's use 4x 16mm and 4x 14mm
