Currently doing a m30 conversion, upon pulling off the exhaust manifold some oil was found in one of the cylinder....engine was tilted over on the side where the manifold is during transit but why would the oil only found its way in one cylinder only...any thoughts on this family.

Normal to have some oil in the recesses of the inlet manifold, courtesy of the crank case breather system. The affected cylinder was probably the one with the inlet valve open.

Man that's great news to hear cause I was beginning to worry on how serious of a case this could be...yeah only one cylinder had the oil in it
