MY drivers side lock didnt work so i had to unlock it from passenger side and it had a dead battery on it, i changed the battery so the central locking would work but now i cant get in my car, the key wont unlock my car from any of the doors and when i unlock the boot you can hear the central locking work but it dont unlock the doors, any idea how i can get in to fix the locks without braking a window ??
If all else fails, don't smash a window, you can get in by carefully bending the door window frame out until you can get something round the lock pin, then bending it back into shape. Not exactly recommended but has to be better than breaking glass!

it might be, i dont have a clue haha it was working with a dead battery and now it has a new battery i cant open, thats the only thing i have changed
This happened to mine. The module clicked but nothing happened. I took out the central locking module (behind the front drivers side speaker in the kick panel) and found that one of the connections needed re-soldering. Might help? Until you have the time to solder you can hold the pieces together to unlock the car then remove the module all together. The car then just has manual locking

Taking the windscreen out is the easiest without having to damage anything.

The driver's door key should open that lock, even if the car is deadlocked. Try turning the key while lifting the handle at the same time. If that fails, then bending out the top of the window frame slightly to get something over the lock pin is the way the professionals do it. Won't do any permanent damage if you're careful.
When you get inside, Search on here, or look in the wiki for the "red/black wire mod."

Im sure that behind one of the front grills you can access the bonnet cable and if you pull it in the right way you can access the bay and check the dead battery?
Good luck

Might sound stupid but I was just thinking about it and thought it might be useful. Just remember somebody saying it at a meet once.
I recall some one having their battery stolen overnight recently, using the way you described above.

dont know if works on e30,s but i recently got into a work friends corsa by removing the strip that runs along the bottom of the window and removing the metal strip from inside a wiper blade bending the bottom 4 inches into a hook and sliding it down the inside of the door and popping the lock up also on my e30 when the battery is dead i can open it from the passenger side by holding up the handle and turning the key anti clockwise
If it's battery in the boot (Which by the sounds of it, it isn't) could've just charged it to see if that'd help.
Or do what I had to do a couple of months ago and remove the front or rear windowscreen. Takes about 5 minutes to take out. and maybe half hour to an hour to put back in without damaging it without the right tools. No smashy smashy either.
