obc question

been away from the car about 8months so not sure if this is right, once i have switched off the car the obc light bar is still illuminated and stays illuminated after i have removed keys. Also i changed the battery and have been using the car, but every now and again the battery warning light and the lights around it illuminate for a few seconds then light out
