Remove the under dash panel on the driver's side
Unbolt the pedal from the master cylinder
Open the bonnet
Unbolt the pipe that feeds the slave cylinder
Remove the master cylinder from the pedal box,using lots of swearing as you struggle to get a tool onto the 8mm bolts that retain it.
Apologise to 'er next door for teaching 'er kids several interesting words.
Note;
You will almost certainly need a new 'connector' to fit between the master and it's feed,these are dealer only,but cost a couple of £,but will take two days to arrive.

Don't forget to bleed the system first unless you want to deal with 500 ml of nasty brake fluid all over your drivers footwell and driveway
Undo the bleed nipple on the slave cylinder, loosen the cap on the fluid reservoir under the bonnet. Attach a pipe to the bleed nipple running into a jar or other suitable container and keep pumping the clutch pedal until nothing is coming out.
...and don't forget to refill once you've replaced the m/s

I wouldn't attempt this job without removing the driver's seat. Your back will thank you.
