I've seen lots of these topics come up over time, but have never read into them. And now that I've read through the wiki, and can't find any using search, here I am with an overused topic.
Anyways,
Car- 87 Tech 1, no AC
Had the heater actually on and blowing when it stopped. Fuse is good. The one thing that threw a flag up, in my mind, is it will still load down the electrical system if I switch it straight to 4 from off (dash lights dim a little) and it will blow a little for maybe a second or two, with a sickly spinning noise, and then turn back off.
Has anyone had this issue before, or read someone having anything similar? To me, it sound like the motor itself might need some cleaning/lubing, or maybe something to do with the resistor pack??

But would it all of a sudden stop like that though? Working fine, and then just stop, while actually running?
