45mm, 51mm on tourings & 325i's iirc.

I think Brian is asking is it a cab, touring or saloon as it will make a difference to strut size.

Im not sure if you can buy coilovers to fit the 45mm. Best way to tell whats on your car is to get a tape and measure mate as a previous owner may have bolted some 51mm on anyway
