When i pull away (and sometimes 1st to 2nd) I hear a knock from the rear left wheel area.

What could it be?

Subframe bush?
suspension strut?
diff?

Exhaust ?
Loose wheel ?
Driveshaft ?

My vote goes to subframe bushes, from those symptoms.
