oil leak 325e

So when I bought the car saved it from going to the junk yard it had a smashed oil pan I had that replaced and now it runs like a champ but when I parked it for a few hours I noticed there was an oil leak on the ground and after a sprited drive my engine seems to steam I don't think it's the oil pan gasket I'm going to lift the car up tomarow and see whats going on. Any suggestions We're and what to look for.I poped the hood and cheked around but did not see anything so its got to be from the bottom.

so i checked under and the oil pan is leaking all the bolts are lose . i had some one else replace the oil pan he said they were all tight . going to try to tighten them see if that helps i was wondering is there bolt pattern that i am supposed to follow?

And I snapped a bolt wich sucks
