So my car has a scorpion immobiliser system fitted, which overrides the manuel lock/unlock keys.

So with my car not being used, the battery seems to have died.

The immobiliser still makes the noise of lock/unlock, but hasn't got the energy to push up the door locks.

What do i do?!!

There's no possible way that the scorpion can override the driver's door lock, since there is no dead lock motor on this door. I doubt very much if a Scorpion works the deadlocks on the other locks either, TBH.
Turn the key in the driver's door and lift the handle at the same time, which will unlock it unless lubrication of the mechanism has been badly neglected over the last twenty years.
Alternatively, and if this fails, reach up under the engine compartment on the left hand side and attach a battery charger/jump battery to the outer terminal on the starter motor solenoid

Can anyone explain how to start a car via the Starter motor/solenoid?!

Crank the engine by linking 11 and 14 on the diagnostic socket.
If you want it to start, it depends how the immobiliser has been connected, and to what circuits, but a wire between the battery + terminal (or 14 on the diagnostic) and the ignition coil + terminal will deal with the factory system, on everything except the iS.
