Basically when i drive normaly there is no problem but if i boot it through 1st as it gets to the end of the gear it makes a horrible rattle noise from the gearstick, and again in 2nd and 3rd sometimes, u can feel it vibrate too?
Am i right in this being something to do with it needing a new gear selector? And is it rubbing or hitting on the prop as someone has told me?
By the way its a 325i with no short shift or anything and the gear change is sloppy which i hate and was going to do something about anyway.
Iv been searching the forum for an answer but couldnt find anything, so i would be very gratefull for any help. Many thanks, Ben
