Headrest removal on Recaro LS?

Is there a certain way of removing them from the backrest?
I can get it to pull up to the top of the adjustment but can get it out completely.

You can only do it when you take the seat apart. There are R clips at the bottom of the 2 vertical runner things IIRC.

they have a retaining clip on the underside IIRC, you need to pull the back centre pieces out to remove them
