Hi all

I have clear indicators and side repeaters with orange bulbs. Problem is, there's always condensation in the side repeaters. I bought them on 'fleabay' so I suspect they are not the best.

Would buying an 'E' marked set mean they will be better and won't fog up?

Also, front offiside foglight tends to fog up also. I usually put the fogs on so the heat vapourises the condensation in the unit. Is there a better way?

ifyou kept the original rubber seals then use them instead, or scrape down the edges of the lenses so they fit in the rubber better, if its serious, take em off and hairdryer to em, but let them cool propperly or they will condense twice as fast

Mine always have condensation inside them. When the weather gets better I'll go round the edge of the lens with some clear silicone, then let it dry. That should seal it once it's put back in place.... hopefully!

Both on my track car, which are just normal clear lenses AND on my Sport which are the crystal types with new reflector units... damn things!

I had some that did this too, I even tried swopping the seals with the original BMW ones and that didn't sort it, so I just put it down to the quality of the lenses.
