Am I right in saying the loom goes into the bigger wiring loom grommit on the firewall with the main car loom, there looks to be a nice hole for it to fit through with lots of silicone in it

Can someone tell me what the black plug with green & brown wires plugs into? The other one I'm pretty sure is for the OBC horn (and temp sensor for the 3rd). Just the one nearest the bulkhead grommit.
