Probably because of too much solar exposure (it's a cabby and used as such almost daily) the leather has hardened and the rear seat stitching is going, on top of the back rest, and its starting to open up so, other than drape a tartran travelling rug over it to hide it, I am looking for a solution. No cabby's here on Mallorca in breakers yard, can't find seats on ebay (UK,Germany and Spain), local bm dealer can't help, posted a few requests here on the forum (thanks for those replies) but it looks like the only way out is a reupholstery job which would probably require funding from the IMF! Any and all (useful) ideas welcome. BTW since having the car I have regularly oiled the leather but I was too late!
