i need to take the back plastic of my front drivers seat as its
1: loose on one side and i need to find out why
2: the vertical part of the seat is also loose on one side . i can move it straight up on the left side.

so i need to find out how to fix that. something must have come loose. soo how do you remove the backing?

2 Screws at the bottom... Tilt the seat forward and there is 2 cross screws right at the bottom of the backing.

What Jim says...
Usually just need to tighten up the 2 cross head screws.
However, the bracket that holds the backrest on has been known to sheer off near the screw. If this has happened I can supply replacements.
Schadenfreude - the German's haven't got a word for that.
