Hi
i have got indys e30 m20 turbo, and it has a welded diff at the moment..but as i will be using the car as a daily, this will have to go, but all i have is an e34 3.64 LSD. I understand the internals can be swapped from the e34 casing to the e30 (medium) casing?

How hard is this, as i have read it will need to be shimmed in order to fit in the case, and is a specialist job etc?

Thanks, Ash

I don't think you can swap the internals as the casing size on the E34 is larger then the E30 one.
