how on earth do you remove these, i know it sits in the tube and its corroded/rusted on i cant even see where it joins or sits in,
ive tried scraping it an wd40 etc, hammer and punch, cutting it,
its stuck in their good, i have a dodgy fuel tank so cant use a blow torch or heat...
any ideas thanks

Your main problem here is that if you get too brutal with the cable furrule, the cable tube is likely to come out as well.
If you have a leaky fuel tank,it's going to have to be swapped at some point, why not bite the bullet and do that as well, then you will be able to create room around the handbrake cable guide to enable heat to be used.

Fuel tank is okay it's just the seal around the pump releasing fumes,
But anyway I fucking did it! I left it last do trailing arms diff brake lines etc all off,
Then just cut it from the inside were it bolts mole gripped the plastic casing and wound it out the actual housing, then scored it where it joins the tube with a mini hacksaw which defo helped!
Got some needle mole gripsand shimmied it around popped out no force required!
