Actually for an M10, but it's the same setup, and thought this might get a reply.

I took my front chain cover off, which involves taking the tensioner out. There's no oil in the engine and it's been sat for about 4 weeks now, so there isn't any oil up high.

To exacerbate this problem; I'm fitting a new carb, which will take a small amount of time to get fuel to it. Shall I just spin the engine over without plugs in first?

Basically, when I got to start it up, am I going to have any problems with the chain jumping due to lack of oil pressure? I'll probably fill up the oil filter as well before starting.
