Hi all

Changed the cambelt and other belts on the 325 today.

Started on the nose and sounded lovely.

Took it for a run and it went very well, then halfway through the test drive it started missing badly.

Then went back to running fine, but it is what I'd describe as rattly as it comes off revs- idles fine, and sounds tappy.

Thoughts?

I think the tappets need adjusting, but not sure why its rattling at low revs

Cheers

Stu

After fitting the new cambelt with both the cam and crank correctly lined up,you turned the crank clockwise two full turns by hand(OK,a spanner on the crank nose!)and re-checked alignment?

Belt correctly tensioned?

Rotor arm re-fitted correctly?

Dizzy cap on correctly?

Coolant bled OK,no leaks onto the HT leads?
