How to find out the ratio of my LSD

My car has had an LSD fitted at some point which is great but i would like a taller gearing as i have the m30 b35 convertion 1st gear is a bit silly but before i buy i new dif i need to know what mine is so i can find a dif with the ratio im after

There should be a tag under one of the bolts that holds on the back cover.
Failing that, get some tipex and paint on some reference points on the input and output shafts. Then turn the input shaft 20 times, while counting the amount of times the output turns (some may find this difficult
) Next divide 20/number output turns, you will have to guess the part turn, i.e. six and a half is 6.5.
Therefore 20/6.5=3.08 ratio diff
That is the way I do it any way.
