Have a look at the rubber flexi joint on the steering column,it's just above the rack in the engine bay.
These are starting to fall apart now, been a number of zoner's mentioning 'vague steering'.

Steering rack?
Track ends?
Bushes?
Lollipop bushes?
Could be a number of things, get under your car and have a good tug at all steering related parts and you might find one of the above is in need of dire replacement. Good luck babe. xx

Is it snowing in Indonesia?
Have you got correct/legal thread on your tyres?
Are your tyres bold? this could lead to 'ice feel' one would imagine.

Tyre pressures should be around 30psi,higher will give light steering.
Just wondering if one of the 'turning' parts of the system is binding, steering wheel to column top,or a strut top mount, perhaps?
Check by popping off the track rod ends,so the system is seperated into three parts and try each one for smooth movement.
