If I have 2 passengers in the back and go over bumps I get a crunchy scrape sound. What is it?

The packet of Quavers they had in their back pocket?
Could be anything. Low hanging exhaust from worn rubbers or broken mounts, rotten rubber spring pads allowing the springs to grind on bare metal, the dampers bottoming out...

will check the inners, cheera. It only has 15's on it though and with the lower profile tyres the total diameter is less than 14's with fat tyres.
