Hey guys

I have a small few jobs to do on my m3 front and rear bumpers, One job is a small split about 2" long and a few mounting holes need some tlc, I need to do these before they go for paint.

What would be the best stuff to use these days to carry out some repairs,

I know years ago it was fibreglass but i did see something on wheeler dealers where they drilled holes either side of the split and applied some sort of resin with a backing mesh and then sanded back flush.

Suggestions welcome or any links to something on fleabay.

Cheers guys

Hey bigbird,
Yep resin is the way to go, Ed China used this I think. He drilled small holes around the area so the resin has much more surface purchase than just applying it to a flat surface.

Fibreglass isn't good for anything that might flex, it will just peel off the surface underneath in one piece.
