Im getting battery drain problems on my 1991 325i

I did a battery draw test using a voltmeter and its drawing 0.16 amps.

I found out its 2 fuses causing the problem, fuse 21 and fuse 27. If I remove fuse 27 the reading goes down to 0.14 on the voltmeter. and if I remove fuse number 21 the voltmeter reads 0.02 which is what its suppose to read.

My question is what should i be checking to find out what's causing the drain?[/b]
