Guys got a car here

When u rev it it dont rev up properly

It sort of hesitates

Its like reving up a car without the aur flow meter plugged in

Ive changed the following-

Air flow meter
Icv
Plugs
Leads
Fuel pump
Throttle body
Tb position sensor

Anyone?
