E-reg sport ecu same as H-reg 325 touring????????

is a e-reg sport have the same ecu as a h reg touring 325i?
i have an old sport ecu and was wondering if i can chip that and then trial it in my touring and if i dont like it just plug the old 1 back in ?

if it is a facelift model,ie plastic bumpers lower front and rear valences and larger rear tail lights the yes.If its a pre face lift then no.

no my ecu is from the old m-tech style kit -series 1 sport
