Does anyone know how much bigger it is than a standard TB ?
I know that when they mod it they have to make a new butterfly for it aswell, which seems pretty easy... just not sure how much bigger they make the bore on the TB ?
Also can't u use a different TB ? maybe off a M50 M30 ? I dunno just thinking here ?

Using another throttle body would require lots of fabrication. Going too big could give detrimental effects as air speed could be slowed down too much.
The BBTB flows approx 17% more air than the standard item.

But u don't by any chance know how much bigger the inside bore of it is compared to a stock 325i TB ?
Still been thinking of making an Alloy Intake Manifold, with a bigger TB ? Cause I'm not so sure that a BBTB is big enough for a 2.9lt with Big Valves, and High lift 288 cam...
