e46 067 steering rack ......what boots?

As above folks, have fitted the rack but it seems e30 boots are too short?? At least, new q drive items from ecp. They also look to be collapsing under vacuum. Any advice from those whove done the swap? Rack has been fitted with new lemforder inner and outer ties.

GSF sell the lemfoder ones. They may be back in stock at ECP but the last time I tried to get them from Meatballs82 (matt) which was the middle of may they didn't have one side in stock.
There only a few pounds from GSF.

I have the same issue with the rubber boots collapsing! (067 rack with e30 rods)
