will a 6 speed box fit to a m20
scot 328i with 260bhp

Cant think of one that will fit the M20 bell housing.
why do you want a 6 speed? The 6th speed and 5th speed on any box are apprix same ratio so you wont be able to acieve higher speeds.
if you have the sport box fitted consider getting a 3.64LSD to actually get all that power down onto the road. YOu already have much larger diamter wheels so your gearing should already be longer as it is.
