E30 m3 diff into compact problem

I have an e36 318ti and am converting to a m3 e30 diff (3.25 ratio). Got it all bolted in and sits fine with the prop shafts. Went to Connect the driveshafts and they are too short and don't reach the diff. Any one else had this problem?

Do I need m3 driveshaft as well? Or just the inner cv joint?

Have you tried fitting the Compact side flanges?
