meta 36T immobiliser

anyone got one of these and had problems. went to start car yesterday and immobiliser wont disarm. was fine when i put it away last week. led goes out when immob key is inserted but when I turn ignition on there is nothing. no dash lights etc. this is what used to happen if i forgot to put immobiliser key in. after about 10 secs immobiliser light comes back on and appears to be re-armed. have checked car battery not flat and have used spare immobiliser key. any ideas ?
