my problem is similar although the clutch fluid is full and there is no sign of any leaks!
any ideas? i really need some help with this!

car has been parked for about 1 month, it started first time today except im unable to engage a gear, the clutch pedal seems ok although a bit soft.

Clutch disc seized to the flywheel? Start it in gear, press the clutch pedal and stand on the brakes.
