I've just noticed my front strut bump stops have almost completely disintegrated. I've just pulled the last few slithers of foam out, I need to get some new ones.
Is there anything on the market that I can install without taking the strut out? I'm pressed for time and would like a good but quick fix.
Thanks

I dont think there is, to be honest its not that big a job to replace them. Start to finish about 2 to 3 hours for a DIY job.
Providing you have axel stands, spring compressors, scissor type balljoint splitter and a decent set of sockets and spanners.
I'm in the middle of replacing my shocks, bump stops, dust covers and top mounts at the moment.
The only real problem you may have is removing the top nut from the shock as if this won't budge you cant get the top mount off.
The guide in the wiki is perfect for this job.
SACHS bump stops and covers are £23 from ECP INC vat, but that may be before the discount Meatballs82 gets. I can't quite tell from the invoice.
