Dont seem to be losing any fluid
If I leave my foot on the clutch for 15-20 seconds ish clutch is slow to come up and bites really close to the floor - which it dosen't normally
On depressing the clutch straight after, it operates normally again.
So I'm thinking air is getting into the system, is this possible?
Should I think about changing clutch master cylinder, if so any dos or donts when carrying this out.

IÔš've just had the same problem with mine. The problem is the slave cylinder. This is on the gear box and apparently itÔš's a common problem. There is another cylinder on the clutch pedal which could also be the cause but itÔš's the one on the gear box which normally goes. Parts are about 35 quid for each cylinder and about 1-2hrs labour.
