Has been going on a while, but admittedly not addressed.
Particularly noticable in the boot. If I leave a bag of clothes in there, do a journey of aruond an hour plus, by they time I take them out they smell properly 'petroly'.
Cabin also affected but not to such an extent (or perhaps I'm used to it!)
Anything in particular I need to be checking?
Smell of petrol, especially in the boot

does it seem more apparant when the tank is full ? my main areas to check would be the tank itself and filler neck for leaks

What you need to do is open the fuel cap, pull the rubber boot off around the fuel cap and inspect the filler neck and breather hose that comes off that. The breather hose goes to a small tank, which is right next to the boot. This may be allowing fumes through.
Knock all the dried mud out from the area, check it all for holes and corrosion. Give the filler neck a good squeeze and poke make sure its solid.
