Ok so I finally had some spare time to change my fuel injectors, or so I thought.
I managed to get everything unscrewed, pipes blocked off etc.
Problem is for the life of me I could not get the fuel rail out because the injectors would not "pop" out. All the literature says a bit of force is needed, but nothing I did helped, I stopped only because I was worried I might break something.
Is there a trick to this? Can the seize up? How much force is a "bit"?
Thanks in advance for any advice and help.

Injectors are held in place by a rubber O ring.....

So I got the refurbed injectors in today, yip, a little bit more force was necessary. Hopefully this will help my fuel consumption?
