M42 not starting anymore

Ran good for a year, but isn't starting anymore.
What I ruled out;
-battery
-pump
-relais
-fuses
-Motronic
-Coils have +

The CPS gives 580ohm, bit low, my other M42 has 625ohm. On the good engine one of the bolts is stuck so I could't exchange them.
I think it's the CPS, but before I spend 120 euro without a positive result, any other ideas?
Does the camshaft sensor also prevent a start?

My m42 runs without a cam sensor for some reason so i don't think it would be that.

Have you tried a new ecu. Getting spark and fuel?
