Central locking misbehaving

Hi, my car has some fancy Clifford alarm system on it (which I hate) and I when I lock the car using the remote fob it will lock then immediately unlock itself. I'm wondering If there is any common faults in the central locking system or is it the stupid alarm causing it?

I had a car that did this - very annoying.Then realised my boot wasn't shut properly :o: Could be something to check, the terminals that is? Not saying you're a brain donor like me.
