Hello,
Just looked back through the receipts and realised that the clutch slave cylinder i ordered was for an e30 324td.
My car is a standard 318is. The slave cylinder for the 324td is different to the slave cylinder used on all other e30s.
324td slave cylinder: Bore Diameter [mm]: 22,2
All other e30 slave cylinder: Bore Diameter [mm]: 20,64
Is the fact that i've got the 324td slave cylinder on my car the reason why it's hard to get it into reverse and first gear on cold mornings and a strange feel to the clutch pedal.
Shoul i purchase the correct, smaller bore diameter slave cylinder?
Thank you,
Harry.

Thanks Will,
That's exactly the news I wanted to hear. I'll try the correct slave and let you know if it's better. Hopefully the clutch should be ok, it was a new LUK one.
Thanks again.
